This pissed me off and I want get off the grid, if cap & trade pases,everyone is going to see there bills not just go up but sky rocket according to Obama!!! I live in CA. where we get lot sun so, I think I can get off the grid or get it so low it won't matter what the liberals in the white house do to our electric bills in the name of ecology!!! by the way we get little tax break while power company's make huge profits and get way bigger kick back from the government for you to go green!
